Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable Ghanaian law.
Because our products include beverages, certain statutory cancellation or return rights may not apply in every circumstance. Ghana’s Electronic Transactions Act expressly excludes certain supplies of beverages and everyday-consumption goods from its statutory electronic-transaction grace period.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
