AGING TIME: 20 months.
TASTING: Ruby red with a fine, persistent pearl. Mixed with fresh red fruits (strawberries, cherries, raspberries…), elegant perfume of roses and a background of forest flowers from the Penedès. Intense fruity, voluptuous, fresh, and persistent flavor with a balanced semi-sweetness. Pair well with aperitifs, fruits of the forest and deserts with dark chocolate.
